What types of properties do you offer?
A curated collection across four sites. Five mirrored cabins, a Bothy and a 17th-century Writers Cottage at Y Glyn (Anglesey). A five-bedroom manor and a studio cabin with an outdoor bath at Millbank, also on Anglesey. Two heritage stone houses at Rigg End Farm in the Yorkshire Dales. Two elevated riverside cabins at Heron and Kingfisher in Shropshire — with two more joining them in August 2026. All shaped by the place they sit in.
How can I view and book your properties?
Browse the collection by location — each of our sites has its own page, with photography, the local context, and the properties you’ll find there. From there, each property has its own page and booking calendar. Booking direct on this site saves 10% and supports us rather than the platforms.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy depends on the property. For the houses: cancel 60 days or more before your stay and the booking deposit and booking fee are non-refundable; cancel within 60 days and the full rental fee is payable. For the cabins, the same applies at 30 days rather than 60. Travel can be uncertain — we recommend cancellation insurance on every booking.
Are your properties pet-friendly?
Some of our properties welcome dogs. The pet policy varies by site — please check the individual property page, or get in touch before booking.
How can I contact Nook & Key Escapes for further inquiries?
Use the Contact page for any enquiry — booking questions, partnership conversations, or anything else. We typically respond to booking-related enquiries within 24 hours. Find us on Instagram at @nookandkeyescapesuk for current openings, seasonal moments, and the slow life at each of our sites.
Do you offer any special packages or experiences?
Yes — sauna sessions, supper-club evenings, forest walks, and seasonal moments run at our properties through the year. Our blog is the best place to see what’s coming up, alongside the individual property pages.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is typically from 3pm. Check-out by 10am. Times vary slightly by property and are confirmed at booking. Full welcome details — directions, access codes, the things worth knowing — are sent a few days before your arrival.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes. Cabins are typically a two-night minimum. Houses a three-night minimum — we believe the house collection rewards a longer stay, with time to settle, gather, and unhurry. Specific minimums for each property are shown on its booking calendar.
Can I partner with you, or get involved?
We’re always happy to hear from people who love what we’re building. Whether that’s around land, a future site, working together, or simply the beginning of a conversation, the best thing is to drop Simon a line at simon@nookandkeyescapes.com — or take a look at our Partnerships page. We’re a small team and we reply to every message ourselves.
